The Palmer residence is one of the most iconic homes in Twin Peaks. For this Setting the Stage article, I’m taking a closer look at the exterior scenes from Seasons 1 and 2.

As summer descends in the Northern Hemisphere, here is a round up of Twin Peaks and David Lynch-themed events taking place around the world from June to August 2026.
As a long time photographer, I love visiting Snoqualmie Valley as there are many spectacular places and things to see. I’ve shared a few of my images on Twin Peaks Blog in these articles about Winter in Twin Peaks and the Real Twin Peaks. Despite many years of taking pictures, I stand in awe of…
In June 2026, the Salish Lodge & Spa celebrated its 110th anniversary. Perched above the magnificent and sacred Snoqualmie Falls, the lodge opened in 1916 as Snoqualmie Falls Lodge. Since that time, millions of people have visited the 268-foot waterfall, so naturally there are plenty of postcards for people to remember their trips. This card…
I’ve been on a kick lately identifying several iconic set decorations from Mark Frost and David Lynch’s Twin Peaks. I love finding these background art pieces after seeing them during multiple rewatches for more than three decades. Growing up in the 1980s, I vividly recall anti-drunk driving campaigns led by Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (M.A.D.D.) and Students Against Drunk Drivers (S.A.D.D.). Drunk driving and alcohol-related traffic accidents had become an epidemic which needlessly took the lives of so many young people. To combat this issue, Reader’s Digest magazine launched a nationwide contest…
It’s been more than 16 months since David Lynch transcended to another plane and frankly, I’m still not over his passing. I guess that’s why a new t-shirt from Austin, Texas-based Feels So Good caught my eye. This Comfort Colors tee summarizes how I’m feeling with each passing day – I miss David Lynch. I…

I may start a research project only to return to it years later. I’ve discovered that if I wait, sometimes the stars turn and the mystery is revealed. This…
